Fun run event for all ages, come run or walk and donate to a great cause. Backpack Buddies Club is a ministry that focuses on providing food to economically disadvantaged children in Bowie Schools. Food is placed discreetly into the children’s backpack weekly while at school.
WHEN: November 14, 2020, 1 Mile Kids Fun Run @ 8 AM and 5K to start immediately after.
RACE FEES: (5K) - $35 all ages (1 Mile - Kids) - $15
LOCATION: Bowie High School Football Field 341 US 287 N, Bowie, TX 76230
AWARDS: Overall Male Winner, Overall Female Winner & categories : 11 & under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70& over. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals in each categories - All children in the 1M fun run will receive medals.
REGISTRATION: Please use this site for early registration. You will pick up your race packet the morning of race day. Race Day registration available. Freebies: All runners will get T-Shirts and other goodies. All donations and entry fees are non-refundable. Please see Course Map for route details.
